I worked in customer service and merchandising for twenty years, and I know good customer service when I see it, and appreciate it just as much, and see it I did because I knew where I was going to spend my money. I could have purchased a unit from where my wife worked, and it would have saved me some money sure. But I couldn't find a spa with the quality of workmanship Arctic Spa puts into every tub they build. Within a couple days Chuck helped us choose the spa that was right for us. He could have easily sold me one for hundreds of dollars more, but no, the customer came first. Already I was singing the praises to anyone who would listen about the spa I was getting, and the level of service I was getting. Little did I know how that level would increase? Anything we have tried to do in this house I own always turns into a nightmare. The spa was delivered, threaded through a tight area with an 8" high ledge, just for a little drama, no problem for these guys though. They also had to place it down onto a pad that was fenced in for the tub. Again, pure ease for these guys. OK where’s the nightmare, well, all the electrical line was in place as was the separate breaker box. Here's the nightmare, I live in a home built in the early 70's, and the builder who wired my house should be found and given a 220V bath. To find breakers for my house is like finding an honest American Bank CEO these days, and they scoured all of Canada to get me the proper 50amp bdl breaker I needed. Because there are no substitute breakers that can be placed into a BL Loadmaster electrical panel. I was told to have mine changed as soon as I could afford to, (which I did last summer). The service doesn't end there, not with Arctic Spa; I get treated better by them than I do by some of my family members. Servicing is quick and efficient, even if it's due to something I may have caused. All your product needs are always in stock, and when I can get to the store I'm treated as a friend. My spa isn't only a little piece of luxury for me, I need it to ease my chronic pain, and to help keep my joints and muscles and tendons stretched and moving as best I can. My spa is my home gym, and a pain aid for this very debilitating and painful disease I have. I've lost almost most of my strength to my hands and arms, and the lid was getting too heavy to open myself. No problem they have the solution to that problem as well. Just go down and see them, they have a spa for every purpose and budget. And I promise if you buy a spa from Arctic Spa Saskatoon you will be gaining new friends, and I'm not just talking the new neighbors who'll be your new best buds either, and you also get knowledgeable, professional staff who will do everything in their power to make you just as happy a customer as I, and have been for 5 yrs now. How often can you say that after dealing with a company that long. It's also good to know you'll just have purchased what I consider the best spa unit on the market today. Yes, you can buy some cheaper models elsewhere, but you get what you pay for and you won't be as happy, ever. And if you don't believe me, I'll give you number of my friend in Calgary, who turned around and bought himself the same spa unit I did from Arctic Spa in Calgary.
